Don’t forget for those that are coming that the Theme is Heroes/Heroines, so we look forward to seeing you dressed up and ready to have a fun night.
Festivities start from 7:00pm upstairs at the Town Hall Hotel on Darling St. See you there!

This week’s training tip comes from Personal Trainer and dual Olympian Justann Crawford:
Boxing is an explosive, anaerobic sport. The act of throwing punches, round after round, while contending with a pad partner, is the next best thing to real boxing. As a boxer, you must punch, slip and weave with split second movements and reactions. A boxer must be prepared to fight with intensity round after round. Your body will be conditioned to throw explosive punches from the start to the end. Come learn to box the right way.
Justann teaches the Thursday evening boxing class, or you if you would like to book him for one on one session please see reception.
