The benefits of boxing circuit classes

We have 2 of these a week: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

If you want to mix up your cardio a bit and have some fun doing it, give them a go.

The benefits of boxing classes are:

  • A great upper body workout.
  • Improved Fitness.
  • Better hand-to-eye coordination.
  • Sharpened reflexes.

There are 2 different instructors. Personal trainer, Darren Fahlbush, takes the Tuesday class and ex-olympian and personal trainer, Justann Crawford, takes the Thursday class.

For the month of August, members are invited to bring a friend for a free boxing workout! Note that conditions do apply.
