The Flu continues to wreak havoc with the timetable. Two changes to Friday’s timetable:
Victoria Rose will be filling in for Vanessa C for the 9:30am RPM
Jesse will be covering for Tom in 10:30am BODY BALANCE.
5:45pm RPM will be replaced by a Cycle class taken by Christy as Deanne has been called out of Sydney.
Another late change to the scheduled timetable. Mish will be unable to do this class due to Biggest Loser requirements that she cannot get out of. She sends her apologies and the class will be covered by Kate, who is now doing the double. This is a great chance to do one of Kate’s classes [...]

After several requests from members, we have brought in a new, much more upright shoulder press. Delivery was yesterday and it already seems popular. Above: Tom, one of our members puts it to the test (calm down ladies!)
