Training Tip: General improvement.

This week’s tip comes from Boxing instructor and Personal Trainer, Darren Fahlbush:

Many people get caught up in doing the same routine every time they exercise and as a result find that they plateaux.

Making a difference to your routine is easy – remember the following:

Progression

Improvement

Change

can be as simple as adding:

1 Kilo

or

1 set

or

1 level

to your workout, so step out of your comfort zone and notice the difference.
