New Shoulder Press

After several requests from members, we have brought in a new, much more upright shoulder press. Delivery was yesterday and it already seems popular. Above: Tom, one of our members puts it to the test (calm down ladies!)
Rigid bars mean that unlike the old press, there is also less lateral movement (despite your hands still coming together at the top of the exercise), so it is much easier to use and the straighter posture should mean less pressure on the lower back.
