Instructor Changes: Saturday 1st December am

There are two changes to the advertised timetable this Saturday:

The 9:30am RPM will be taken by Lisa

and

The 10:30am Pilates will be taken by Diana

Both instructors have taught with us before and have been popular - enjoy the classes!
