Early Close: Saturday 8th December

As you should all know by now, Saturday 8th December is our Gym Christmas Party. In order to allow everyone plenty of time to get ready and to make sure we are there to greet you, the gym will be closing early at 4:00pm.

Drink Prices

Effective 1st December 2007 we have had to increase the prices of many of our drinks due to the rise in prices from our suppliers .
The increases are as follows:
