Back in action

Our apologies for the long hiatus. Look Better Naked is now back up and running and we will do our best to keep you informed of all gym news and instructor changes.

A quick fill in of the news from the last 6 months:

By far the biggest thing to happen during this time is that Ken Marsh has left us after 7 years of wonderful service to set up a new dance school in Melbourne. Latest news from Ken is that they are working hard getting everything set up and hope to have The Ministry of Dance open soon. We wish him all the best and will definitely be keeping in touch.

Nick Deverell takes over as Sales Manager from Ken and will be more than happy to help with any queries or questions you may have regarding making your Balmain Fitness experience fulfilling and enjoyable.

Chris Tanasoff has joined the team as our new sales consultant and will be working the regular monday to Friday evening shift. A very warm welcome to Chris.

Get Fit Personal Training has taken over the running of our PT services and will be running some winter specials to help your motivation and training during the colder months. Please check the website or see Nick at reception for details.

There have been 3 new Personal Trainers that have joined us in January and who have now very much become part of the Balmain Fitness team. A very warm welcome to Jackie Wilson, Christine Murtagh and Dominic Wilson and all the best for your time at Balmain Fitness.

A very warm welcome to the several new Class instructors that have also joined us over the last few months:

Loulou (Pump and RPM), Marliese (Pump and Body Balance) and Gary (Pump and Attack) have all proved popular with members and Dominic’s RPM and Boot Camp are already growing a great reputation.

We have also recently signed a contract to join the Friends of the Weeds partnership which will give our members the opportunity to take advantage of specials at the Three Weeds and a select group of other local businesses. Watch out for more details on the launch of this partnership in June.
