hi would you consider a MOnday morning spin class? Mondays seem to be one of the busiest days and it’s quite incongrous that there is no class at all?

Thanks for the feedback, your comments have been noted.
Historically, Monday morning is actually one of our quietest mornings. Monday evening tends to be the busy time.
However, we may well look at putting a class on once the weather heats up and if the demand is there. This may be an RPM class, or it may be bringing back the Body Attack class.

Just a further comment to make on this - we will be trialling an RPM in the 6:05am time slot on Monday mornings come October. If the numbers justify keeping it, it will stay for keeps.

Thanks - that’s great news. I heard today’s 6am spin class (wed)was a sell out and people were actually turned away which bodes well for a Mon class. But on another topic, have you considered introducing BODYVIVE classes at all? They seem to be getting a lot of good press lately?

Hi Nancy,
It does indicate that the Monday class will do well. What we want to avoid however is the Monday class eating into the other class numbers. Anyway, we shall see.
Regards BODYVIVE, it has been considered, but at the moment (and this advice comes from several instructors as well) we do not think it would suit us just yet. Introducing a new class is not cheap and we would need to run several to make it cost effective. It would also mean losing some present classes to make room. I have heard on the grapevine that there will be some fine tuning of the moves and music used that may bring it more in line with our demographic. Once this happens, we will definitely look at it again as it would be good to have an entry level class. In short: at the moment, no, but in the future, possibly.
