As you should all know by now, Saturday 8th December is our Gym Christmas Party. In order to allow everyone plenty of time to get ready and to make sure we are there to greet you, the gym will be closing early at 4:00pm.

Spring Cycle Registrations Open

Registrations are now open for Sydney Council’s Spring Cycle on October 21, where riders of all ages and abilities are allowed to cycle across Sydney and the Harbour Bridge for free. There a a range of events and distances to choose from between 5 and 50 kms.
