Congratulations to Angela and Adriaan Woerlee on the safe arrival of their daughter Michaela, who arrived on Saturday 7th July. Both Mum and bub are doing well.
Angela deserves special credit as she was still doing her Preggie Bellies class as late as Thursday 5th - a great endorsement to both the classes and her commitment.
On 24th August gym member Hannah Cole and her team, The Red Power Rangers (team#149) will take part in the Oxfam Trailwalker sydney 2007.
